This website is operated by South Beach Boardies. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to South Beach Boardies.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any policies referenced here or available via hyperlink.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our site or services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Online Store Terms

You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, and not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

You must not transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code.

General Conditions

We may refuse service to anyone at any time, where reasonably necessary.

Your content (excluding payment details) may be transferred unencrypted across networks, and adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment information is always encrypted.

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

Headings are included for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

Refunds, Exchanges & Order Cancellations

We offer exchanges or store credit for change of mind purchases.

As a small manufacturer with limited stock, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We do however offer exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and in original condition
• Tags are attached and items are returned in original packaging
• Items show no signs of wear, stains, or odours
• Sale items are not eligible for refund and may be exchanged or issued store credit to the value paid

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

To begin a return, please email info@southbeachboardies.com with your order number and details.

Returned items should include:

• Your order number, name, and exchange instructions (including preferred size/style)
• A prepaid return satchel so we can send your exchange back to you

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty Items (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue. We will always assess returned items fairly and provide a remedy in line with your consumer rights.

Processing Timeframes

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to assess your return once it has been received.

Where a refund is applicable under Australian Consumer Law, please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Stockists & Retail Partners

If you purchased from one of our stockists, returns must be handled directly with that retailer and are subject to their policy.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at info@southbeachboardies.com as soon as possible.

We can’t guarantee cancellation as we aim to fulfil orders quickly.

A $5 administration fee may apply to successfully cancelled orders.

Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep all information on our site accurate and up to date, but occasional errors may occur.

We are not responsible if information on the site is not accurate, complete, or current. Content is provided for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for decision-making.

We may update or change information at any time without obligation to notify users.
