EXCHANGES AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small manufacturer with limited stocks, we are unable to provide refunds for changes of mind. However, we understand that buying clothing online has its challenges. That's why, as well as encouraging you to check the size guides, we also cheerfully accept exchanges on unworn items within 30 days from the order being placed, as long as the following conditions are met:

Items for exchange must have tags intact and be returned in the original packaging.

Items for exchange must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear, stains or strong odours. Our staff will inspect the items upon their return.

Discounted or Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. They may be exchanged for items or credit to the value of the sale price paid.

The purchaser will return the item at own cost, and provide a pre-paid return postage satchel to enable the item to be returned via the provider of their choice.

We do not cover for the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as South Beach Boardies is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
If your item(s) adhere to the above terms, initiate a return by emailing us at info@southbeachboardies.com with your order number and associated email address. You will need to include the following with your returned item:
- A note containing your order number, full name and clear written exchange instructions (include style/size preference). Please check available stock online before returning for exchange.
- A prepaid postage satchel with your name and address already filled out so that we can post your exchange straight back to you.
South Beach Boardies reserve the rights to reject exchange requests for returned item(s) that do not comply with above terms.
Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.
As per Australian consumer law, faulty products are, of course, eligible for a refund (although we'll also gladly replace it for you instead). Refunds are only provided for faulty garments after products are received and processed at our warehouse.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND/EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?
- Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your return & process your refund or exchange from the time we receive them
- Refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER AT A PHYSICAL STORE / WITH A STOCKIST?
If you have purchased your South Beach Boardies from one of our stockists, you need to return to that shop for any exchanges or refunds, which are subject to the policies of that particular retailer.
Purchases made online at southbeachboardies.com may be exchanged at our Pop-Up Shops or market stalls, subject to availability. As we don't take all sizes and products with us when we're on the road, we suggest you email us to tell us you are coming so we can endeavour to have the product you are after at the stall.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch:
- Email us at info@southbeachboardies.com as soon as possible.
- We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled as we aim to fulfil all orders same or next business day.
- Successful order cancellations are subject to a $5.00 administration/cancellation fee.
