Packaging
We try to minimise our impact on the planet throughout the company, including our packaging and delivery.
Our hang-tags and product labels are printed and assembled locally, on recycled kraft paper using eco-friendly inks. They can be recycled in your council recycling bin. We use recycled, recyclable paper twine and organic cotton string to tie them together. When we gift wrap, we use locally made recyclable Kraft paper and biodegradable tape.
We mail our products in 100% compostable, biodegradable Heropack mailers. We don't use plastic bags to separate your items, they will just be neatly packaged in recyclable tissue paper.
Delivery
We offer $12.95 flat-rate standard delivery across Australia, and free standard shipping across Australia on orders of $140 and above. We also offer the option of $17.95 Express Post delivery.
Orders placed within Australia are shipped within 2 business days. Our standard delivery within Australia is delivered by Australia Post, or Sendle Couriers. Both are usually pretty fast, so you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 working days. Please allow an extra few days for regional areas, and for peak delivery periods.
If you would like your shipment to be sent to a PO Box, it must be sent by Australia Post.
International Delivery:
We charge a flat rate of $29.95 AUD for all international deliveries. International deliveries are sent by courier, or Australia Post, and typically arrive within 10-12 business days. Regional destinations may take a little longer. Covid-19 has dramatically affected shipping times and prices, please bear with us.
