Thoughtful Packaging

We're committed to reducing our environmental impact wherever we can, and that includes the way we package and deliver your order.

Our swing tags and product labels are printed and assembled locally using recycled kraft paper and eco-friendly inks. They're fully recyclable through your local council recycling program. We use recycled paper twine and organic cotton string wherever possible, and our gift wrapping is made from locally produced recyclable kraft paper and biodegradable tape.

Your order will arrive in a 100% compostable and biodegradable Heropack mailer. Rather than individually wrapping products in plastic, we carefully package your items in recyclable tissue paper.

You will never find plastic used in our hangtags, packaging, or wrapping materials.

It's a small detail, but one that reflects our belief that great products shouldn't come at the expense of the planet.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer flat-rate standard shipping of $12.95 Australia-wide.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD.

For customers who need their order sooner, Express Post is available for $17.95.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Standard deliveries are sent via Australia Post and generally arrive within 5–7 business days from dispatch.

Please allow a little extra time for regional and remote locations, as well as during peak delivery periods.

If you'd like your order delivered to a PO Box, please select a shipping option serviced by Australia Post.

Shipping Within Singapore

We offer flat-rate shipping of $5 SGD anywhere in Singapore.

Enjoy free shipping on all Singapore orders over $150 SGD.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days and are typically delivered within a few business days of dispatch.

International Shipping

For customers outside Australia and Singapore, international shipping is charged at a flat rate of $29.95 AUD.

International orders are typically delivered within 10–12 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please note that some international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or tariffs upon arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer, as they are outside our control.

For regional destinations, please allow additional transit time.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or other charges applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs unless stated at checkout.

Please check your country’s import requirements before placing your order and ensure you are prepared to pay any applicable charges.

If a customer refuses delivery, does not pay required duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, or does not complete the customs clearance process, the parcel may be returned to South Beach Boardies.

In these circumstances, South Beach Boardies is not responsible for:

• original shipping costs;
• return shipping costs;
• customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or government-imposed charges;
• carrier, storage, handling, or administration fees incurred.

Any refund will be processed once the parcel has been returned to us and inspected. Any costs incurred as a result of the refused delivery, unpaid import charges, or return of the parcel may be deducted from the refund amount.
