An elasticated waist and vibrant orange drawstring enables the shorts to be tightened or loosened to fit. A velcro-close pocket with drainage grommet adorns the right leg of these beautifully-made board shorts, providing a place for kids to stash their beach treasures. Our luxe-quality 4 way stretch fabric is made from 85% recycled polyester (made from recycled PET bottles) and 15% elastane. Please note that these boardies have a fully elasticated waistband and a full drawstring so they can be pulled in extra securely, unlike earlier versions of our Kids Long Boardies.

Packaging & Delivery

We try to minimise our impact on the planet throughout the company, including our packaging and delivery.

Our hang-tags and product labels are printed and assembled locally, on recycled kraft paper using eco-friendly inks. They can be recycled in your council recycling bin. We use recycled, recyclable paper twine to tie them together. When we gift wrap, we use locally made recyclable Kraft paper and biodegradable tape.

We mail our products in 100% compostable, biodegradable Heropack mailers. To keep delivery costs low for you, we use a combination of Sendle Couriers or Australia Post, and charge a flat rate of $7.95 per delivery, or free for orders $90+, Australia-wide.
